The event was a brilliant showcase for the Regional Skills Partnership, with Emma Thomas, Chair of the Mid Wales RSP, serving as one of the judges. Emma had the honour of judging a key award, the People Development Award sponsored by NPTC Group of Colleges, which was awarded to EOM Electrical Contractors Ltd, Newtown. Emma also presented the Technology & Innovation Award, sponsored by Aberystwyth University, which was awarded to Machynlleth-based Atherton Bikes. Recently expanding their operations, Atherton Bikes has been making headlines with their innovation in the cycling industry.
